You probably caught today's PR, but here it is anyway: October 15, 1998 Key Capital Corporation (“KCAP”) Announces Long Distance Agreement with Tel 3 for Internet's “KeyClub International” Members DALLAS, Texas — Thursday October 15, 1998 — Key Capital Corporation (“KCAP”) proudly announces the addition of Tel 3 Long Distance calling products to its Member benefits. Tel 3 operates nationally, through its company-owned high-tech switches. Members will be able to subscribe on-line to a Long Distance Service available throughout the USA at one rate of 8.9 cents per minute with one week of FREE calls each month for the first two years. This can be equated to the equivalent of calls anywhere, anytime in the USA at less than 7 cents per minute. For a small service charge, up to five telephone numbers including home, office and cell phones can be on the same long distance account with normal 1# dialing. To obtain the Tel 3 service at these preferred rates, new accounts must be credit card linked. Samples of International rates include: UK 10 cents, Sweden 13 cents, Singapore 28 cents, Netherlands 16, France 18, Canada 13, Bahamas 24, Australia 14 cents per min. Even with these great savings to members Key Capital will receive a $20 sign on fee for all new accounts plus ongoing residual income.
