Which war crime did he commit? I do agree with you. I think his actions were deplorable and believe that, as Jimmy Carter has stated, a full scale investigation should be conducted. If it can be established that there were no chemical or biological weapon components, the US needs to make reparations. Oh, and perhaps an apology from Bill.....he's getting quite good at that now, you know.

How about indictable before a war crimes tribunal?

The attack on the pharmaceutical company was inexcusable, of course.

But in view of the fact that there was only one casualty, it would be excessive to indict Clinton before a war crimes tribunal. Seriously.
