canonball... Outside of your spelling...that makes sense. However, the reason the stock reached $8 in the first place (IMHO) was due to hype, momentum, news, and overall euphoria happening at the time in the penny stock arena. The chances of DGIV reaching $8 again are slim UNTIL it has filed with the SEC, has recorded earnings, and the attention of larger investors as evidenced by the overall market sentiment towards penny stocks these days.
