Giota,
Sounds like an interesting report. I personally don't believe that it makes sense for NSCP to spin off NetCenter, especially now that they are trying to pull it together with our software and services to provide full solutions. It just seems inconsistent with the message that our executive staff has been delivering.

(NewsTraders) -- Netscape Communications Corp. (NSCP) Chairman of the Board James Clark sold 450,000 shares of common stock between September 4 and September 17 at a range of $21.00 to $22.40 per share, according to a Form 4 released today by the SEC.

Clark owned 13,449,684 shares indirectly after the transaction.
