325K/month burn rate

That's still $3.9M per year. To be profitable they would probably need to more than triple last years revenues. Do you think they can do it?

Add to that. 1,000,000 in convertibles still left to be converted, as of two days ago. At these prices they can convert to 5 million shares. I guess they are getting greedy. Or they know where the price will be tomorrow and next week. I agree with Alan. If they get too greedy, and knock the price any lower, they run the risk of killing this deal altogether. Are you listening Paul? When are these guys gonna convert?
16.7 milllion plus 5 million is bad enough. They will kill the upside potential with more dilution. And thats bad for everyone, especialy you, the guys with the most shares. Get it?

Groupware 100k per month?

I still don't understand why we all have to walk around with Dentist
tools to get any information out of this company. I always have liked
the Groupware market post Y2K. Attempted to get information out of
Janis was in vain. Contract announcements soon, YADA, YADA, YADA.
Call CEO.

I would question the employee complement numbers. I understand that McGee himself has announced that he is leaving at the end of the month. That leaves Mighton, Stepanoff, and McCann.

Some 4th quarter numbers may tell the tale better than any promised contract announcement. With McGee's reported employee numbers they should be doing $600K revenue in Y2K alone.

I think its time to stick the fork in, they seem to me to be done like dinner.
