The Russian Znamya-2.5 project is scheduled for
November 1998. Popular Mechanics 11/98 magazine
describes it as a way to light up cities without
street lights, by reflecting sunlight from outer
space to earth. This solar energy project utilizes
quite a bit of silver in this prototype. Much more
silver would be used in a full scale deployment
of such technology.

Ray, yes you are correct I agree with your analysis. It would be more accurate to say on a long term time frame, perhaps by decades that silver is the buy of a lifetime anywhere under $5.00 U.S. when viewed from 2009 A.D.

It would be more accurate to state that short term looking for 465 to 440 SIZ as a short term low, however if this does turn out to be the low for 1998 and it trades higher vs. the spot month for the next several years then it was obviously a "lucky guess", part of my analysis is basis the retracement going on in the XAU and some of your earlier posts regarding that the big players know exactly what is going on and will position themselves when the time is right. Feel that the time is getting close, if it were not for uncertainity generally in the financial markets then my outlook would be more in line with yours. In other words a three year wait at least.

No crystal ball, glad to see you posting again, respect your views always.

BTW, Are you still bullish long term on silver?
