This KCAP "scam" has a 6 mil float and is up from .30 to $2.40

With that in mind, I hope this TSIG "scam" runs to $2.40 too.

I'm simply pointing out what TSIG can become if it wants to. I could care less if you buy KCAP or not.

However, people should always look to see who their competitors are.

That's just common sense.

Here is the CD release from them:

Sam,

This apparently came from a business wire release dated 10/13:

Here is a couple of sentences from that release:

"A recent Top Twenty Music List was
priced at several other Internet stores and then priced through KeyClub's newest
affiliate A&B Sound… they were an average of 36% more expensive than the Key
Club/A&B Sound titles. A typical example is the Spice Girls' “Spice World” latest title.
CD-Now Price: $15.27… KeyClub/A&B Sound price: $9.35..."

"yea..right...this piece of junk you just flipped on here is a MLM scam"

Sounds like sour grapes. I'm sure TSIG is a great company, hopefully it's better at increasing shareholder value than this particular investor is at his due diligence. In short... KCAP has absolutely nothing to do with MLM. I believe that their client(s) (AT&T, etc.) may currently or in the past been involved with network marketing, but not Key Capital Corp. directly.

Which is not to say that they shouldn't... While I'm fairly certain that there aren't any MBA candidates involved in this discussion, your particular business beliefs won't change the fact that Sprint became the third largest provider of Long Distance services through MLM.
