yes, Art Bonnel, who runs his own growth fund, but used to work for a prominent firm (I forget who) recommended GNTX, APCC, and SFSK.

Re: the quarter, the highlights for me were:
-beat consensus by a cent and a half, which is over 10%.
-a very strong gross margin despite the lower volume,
-steady average selling price, despite the fact that GM takes many of the higher priced mirrors,
-10% yr/yr growth in the fire protection products business (anything over 5% is "gravy"). This business is hard to predict quarter to quarter so I don't even try and it's now under 10% of revs anyway.

Still haven't repurchased any stock. $12 seems to be their upper threshhold so we may never see any shares repurchased. They were restricted during the first two weeks of October and for 48 hrs. after earnings were released so that handcuffs them a little.

Hope everyone has purchased all they need. Stock may yet selloff again, although it has already retested once and things are likely to improve from here.
