Thean, I was involved picking up my wife at the hospital today. With all the goings on there, I was prevented from watching the market. Had I had a clear head, I would have pulled some triggers today to preserve my capital. The last half hour was too fast for my brain considering the circumstances. This business is a killer during those brief moments when you can't watch it like a hawk.

Still holding my AFS, LU and CL puts. Those killed me today. Golds are the only bright spot. A lot of casualties. However, I'm thinking the market may once again come to its senses and value these companies where they belong in a slowing, world economy. A rational thought in irrational times.

Good luck tomorrow everyone.

Thean,
<...went long NBTY big time>
Boy, I'll say. 5,730,900 shares is REALLY big time, and up 21.5% too. Oh, maybe you had some help?<G>
Anyway, were did NBTY come from? You got any stories to tell us? Or maybe a target? Obviously, I want to know if I can play too, or if the game is to far along already. Up 21.5% and still below the midBB line?
TIA...Alski
