Dear G: I am not qualified to comment on WHY ERICY management does as they do but having owned the stock for some time and followed everything Management has said in that period, I do feel qualified to state that I have confidence in the management and their decisions. I can tell you in my opinion they are VERY LONG RANGE thinkers. They dont seem to feel the pressure to create value for shareholders on every tic of the market but over years they seem to make tremendous strides. Its my opinion that they are working this very moment on leapfrogging all current technology. In a year or two I think we will see the wisdom of what they are doing. JDN
