Rick my comment about the 115 cases was meant to imply that there were probably thousands of such convictions but only 115 that went to jail. Thus indicating that although it happens it is not the norm. Now admittedly I don't know the ratio of jail to non jail [or whatever].I thought you said 115 jailed offenders not 115 jailed out of 115 convicted. There must be more people convicted than this ,no?

His behavior with her didn't indicate any pattern of behavior other than he likes women.PJ attorneys were supposedly trying to prove a pattern of abusive behavior no? Well I know the story about how Monica was supposed to have been given some form of goodies [never proven] thus sexual harassment to other employees .I still believe that this a very big stretch here. Oooo I am actually making money today in the stock market. 8 dollar stock up 2 7/8 [paid 18 so I guess this really means I not taking in the shorts quite as much] Gotta go find out why.
