I believe that was a direct excerpt from the article. Kurt will always leave his own comments without italics. Perhaps, the person being quoted intended to mean it in regards to office productivity which would be better served by a more efficient and less error prone operating platform to run on. It may even be mission critical for certain types of offices that use a lot of suite-type programs in their daily functions.
