Hi Don:

In spite of very nice new orders from Mexico and
Japan, note that TERN posted a loss of approximately $6.5M
for the quarter just ended. The cumulative losses since the
beginning of operations exceed $40M. So the long term picture
remains very worrisome. The make or break event for TERN is
whether S-CDMA becomes part of a cable modem standard.
