precisely because the window of opportunities in terms of signing contracts in foreign countries is limited (IP telephony is in its infancy in many places, which is why many opportunities exist now and not later), it is critical for Jimmy Chin and DGIV to focus their efforts on signing as many contracts as possible. The contracts will bring revenues, will allow the company to get more and more financing from banks/deep pocket money sources (the contracts will be used to give leverage to the company) to grow. I know the sb10 is important, but for a small company in a nascent field with potentially very lucrative contracts to be had, going after these contracts should be the main priority right now. Once these contracts are landed, the net worth of the company will naturally go up, reflecting in an increasing share price.

That was an interesting post.Especially the story about your two friends.The banker I can relate to about not having a clue. I was at a closing on a real estate deal a few years ago with the bank of boston. They had no business making that loan because of financials etc. but they did.One of their officials had an entrepenurial spirit and the loan passed.The deal worked out great for us and them.I believe the banker really wanted to be an investor and not a banker. I believe jimmy chin has that same spirit that banker had.Hopefully Jimmy is still calling the shots even while he is away traveling. Sorry about the long post.
