Wes,

I think you are wise not comment about ASTG until all sides have
been exposed and they will be. I have a difficult time believing
Dal Grauer's statements because he for one is not competent.
Looking back, this is the guy who could not find anyone to pay
him a salary or hire him. Finally, Joe Lanza stepped up and gave
him a position at Financial Internet Group. So, for Grauer to
make the statements that Joe Lanza drained the company, I find
laughable. Joe Lanza never signed on the ASTG checkbook
and Grauer had no problem collecting his check from Financial
Internet Group.

Now for Dal Grauer to make the statement that ASTG filed for
Chapter 11 in order to become a healthier company makes me
wonder. Why is it that Dal Grauer was seen a couple weeks
ago with Tom Coldicutt asking for a job with Tom's company
if there is a long term plan to bring ASTG out of the sewer it is
in? Not only that, Grauer was hitting Coldicutt up for a position
for Joe Vigliarolo also. In my opinion if Vigliarolo & Grauer were
so convinced that Airstar will survive why would they need to be
looking for new employment?

In response to Profit Magazine---Wes next time you speak with
Dal, let him know that Profit Magazine will be public in approximately
120 days. That is how poor the magazine is doing.

Wes,

I am pleased to see that Dal is right on top of things. However, I have to agree with Jayne. I never signed a check, so I could not drain the company. I would also like to remind Dal that V, Dal and Casey have put themselves under the spotlight and a bankruptcy court can go after criminal charges. Thank God that there have been other inquires so that V and others cannot change the records.

Let's look at the reality of the 10K. It had better be right on the numbers, for if there is any false information I will file a complaint with the S.E.C. and whomever else.

If V cares about the company, then he should leave the company to people who can really run it.

Lastly Wes, since you still seem to be under V, I suggest you ask Proctor if there are any qualified people with money ready to step in. You know the truth, Dal is just sadly misinformed.
