So, let's get this straight... You are claiming that you have communicated to the CEO of a publicly traded company that if he were to "give" you something (and, realistically, that could be anything from an assurance in writing of no reverse split to a new 600-series Mercedes....), then you, in return, would do something to manipulate the stock price of his Company in a positive direction. Is that really what you are saying? Even if this fairy story were true, is it any surprise that no right-minded CEO (or janitor, for that matter) would bother to give you the time of day? The SEC loves crap like this. What a waste this thread has become since you started offending people with your cyber-farts. Leave the room, so others may breath freely once again....

I don't believe I ever said a new release was coming out several weeks ago. I did state that we would being seeing news release after the shareholders meeting was over and all the necessary legal papers were filed. I did say that I was told that we would have a news release this week. I hope we do. I hope he gets it ready for release tomorrow. So exactly who called you back? I was also told that John has not responded to any of your phone calls or threatening emails. He has never discussed this reverse split thing with you. I was also told by John that he knows of no associate or friend that would call you. if a individual investor called you it was on his own behalf not on the behalf of the company . You know this little temper tantrum will get you nowhere. I understand that you are mad at to company because they won't respond to your threats. So you are on this quest. Well you are putting things in writing on a public thread that can hurt you very badly in a legal way. You are crossing way over the line here. but just keep digging that hole. So when this so called investor called you, did he say he represented prwt? and again who was this investor that called you???
