G'day all - 1st, I've never liked the ambulance chasers, let alone those who are engaging in fishing expeditions like this one

If you wish to discuss this action please contact Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP (Michael Miske or Michael Jaffe, Esq.) at 800/575-0735 or visit our website at www.whafh.com.

And I doubt it will stick [it may get something out of the situation anyway.]

However, FWIW, so long as BAY remained independent, the speculation of being taken over would help to range bound the stock. And psychology is that a takeover should net a gain for the takeoveree, not a loss. Therefore, I hate to sound like a smart alec, I saw this coming, even if I think it has no merit.

p.s. Wendy, saw you conversing with Zeev, Uncle Al has lowered the rate by another 25 basis point. My bet is one more coming comes Nov FOMC. In turn, Canada should be able to lower her rates also

best, Bosco

Wendy, That lawsuit is a joke, ignore it. Most of these suits are launched in order to extort money from companies. The law firms usually don't even bother preparing for these cases as the intent is to extract an out-of-court settlement. This lawsuit is laughable as is the one against Alcatel.
