The FED has not shot it's wad by a long shot. It still has a lot of latitude in lowering rates in order to avoid a recession. We have historically low inflation and a budget surplus. Look for several rounds of lowering of the Fed Funds rates over the next few months. By the way, the stochastics seem to be working again... osxstocks.com
