"This type of behavior by public companies should not be LEGAL" It's not Leroyt. I predict that within six months there will be no Firamada. I'm not trying to hurt anyone, but I look for Arif to flee the country. It's that or go to jail. He and Ira are both guilty of Fraud and there is no question about it. FRAUD: (Frod) n. 1. A deliberate deception for unfair or unlawful gain; swindle 2a. One that defrauds; cheat. 2b. One who assumes a false pose; impostor. [From Latin Fraus] Just for your info, the person that I spoke with at the SEC also tends to agree with my position. I had heard rumors that FAMH was under investigation, but yesterday I found out for sure that they in fact are. The gentleman could not comment about it, but apparently the pressure has been turned up on certain SEC violations. From what I understand an example is going to be made of several company directors that are defrauding investors by providing false information and data. Remember the following? "earnings will be a little better than .1085"--Ira Monas, "Firamada has always been, and continues to be a profitable company."--Arif Adam "We did not issue any stock for the purchase of Myriad, we had plenty of cash to purchase the company."--Ira Monas Later..."We had to issue stock to purchase Myriad, but remember we're an $80 million company now."--Arif Adam "The [financial's] have been sent to EDGAR and should be posted this afternoon."--Ira Monas "This being the first time that we filed the financial's...EDGAR must be taking longer to post, but they have been sent."--Ira Monas "I don't know what's taking so long...they were sent to EDGAR last Friday."---Ira Monas "Remember it takes time to scan all of those documents."--Ira Monas "According to our accountant there was a problem, and the [financial statements] were not sent to EDGAR."--Ira Monas "Shareholders we've got a problem."--ME Food for thought, Lonnie Regards, Lonnie
