IOM ($0.03) operating loss, ($0.06) w/ Nomai charge

(an additional $34 Million or so still needs to be charged for Nomai)

Sales $392 Million 3rd Q'98 vs. $432 Million 3rdQ '97, as decrease of 9% year to year.

Gross Margins Still falling, at 22.4% of sales due to OEM sales percentage increase. (OEM Zips are still probably selling at a loss, the Conference Call may clarify this)

Still Cash Flow Negative ($22 Million)

IOM now has no PE ratio.
