IGHS simply made (what seems to me) an odd proposal which received no response so far. Global is probably doing a lot of fast tap dancing now to see if they can slip away from the preferred conversion and nail the shorts. Whether they can, with or without IGHS or an investment outfit or another company or no one at all, will be known within a month.
