There are 3 ways to make money on falling stocks:

1. Foresight: Hedge (sell short, buy puts, write calls) and hope stock prices go down.
Making an honest buck.

2. Intervention: Hedge and then spread disinformation to make prices go down.
Robbery--Must be discrete.

3. Hindsight. Wait for stocks to drop, then sue the companies.
Organized crime--Blatent extortion but untouchable.

I'm a BAY/NT employee/shareholder.
If I was wronged by NT, then why am I getting the punishment?

Just my 2 cents.
