wrml-

Don't lose heart now. I am now very happy with Mr. Greenspan. He has dojne what I wanted him to do last month. Its been very expensive but a good lesson for all of us.

Big stocks will recover first and only later will the small cap stocks get a litle from the meal. Doens't matter. The shorts have got really badly burned today and are going home with a bloody nose. They'll nurse their wounds a bit but they'll be back.

For WCII though it doens't matter unless you need to trade the stock. This stock will start to move in the second half of 1999, not before. But when it does move it will be a serious and sustained move.

In the meantime just build a portfolio or option portfolio around some big caps like CSCO or MSFT or AOL. You don't have to be a genius to work out what to do in a recovering bull. And hang on to WCII for 18 months.

Best of luck,

L
