My read on it is .49 cents (excluding charge for Coherent merger) which is a couple of cents above estimates. Right?

Sometimes in this market, above or below, does not make any difference anymore. Look at INTC and AMD for instance. Anyway, if the future forecast is rosy, it will be ok. Anyone looked at their report yet? How is the bookings?
