Something(?) is happening to this stock:

1) Improved operating costs should mean some profits.
2) A natural buoying up of a overly depressed stock.
3) Takeover perceptions (I have not heard of any)
4) New Winchip plans, plus other IDTI possibilities including potential Acer/Asia connection.

Then again we have a long way to go to reach the mid teens though there are early buyers out there today.
