Oh no, I think AMZN could still decline due to its deteriorating fundamentals. However, OC and others on this thread have noted the close correlation between DJIA and the thing due to active manipulation. Closing out puts today have more to do with the possibility of the Fed turning investors' psychology and avoiding another October collapse. If the market psychology changes and liquidity reappears, the bubble game can go on for awhile longer. I don't want to stay short AMZN in that kind of environment. The bottomline is I just don't know. I'd rather take losses and be flat now. Who knows, there may be a better opportunity to short in the future!
