Bill in order for your "no pay" concept to work, the media etc is going to have to treat politicians with more dignity than they have now. Wealthy people just arent going to stand for this humiliating plumbing of ones private life to be exposed for all to see on the internet. I have experience with someone who took a public service very high level key position and was humiliated by our political machine. Now try to find someone at his level to accept that post - no one will do it its as simple as that. And theres a lot fewer people willing to be humilitated for $1. than people willing to be humiliated for $1MM. thats for sure. Michelle
