As always....

Coal production in PA and WVA has dropped in the last decade from a manpower usage basis...I would expect solid backing from local legislators for any reasonable opportunity to re-employ those who had worked for the coal industry in the past.

I would also expect favorable speed ....red tape gets cut quicker.

There are suckers born every day. In my opinion i wouldn't be buying this stock so fast . All of you except a few just might get burned and those few know who they are cause i do.
