I was just getting ready to ask where the other checks were myself.

As a guess, I would say that the check #1900 to Nevada Sec of State for the new articles of incorporation I think explains the name change on the NV records. There is also $750 to Sec of state for certificate of Domicile, #1894.

But Charles Ford for "Investigation" is very interesting. Wonder who got investigated (#1895)?

This is interesting. I will dig some more here.

The first check written by MTEI is numbered 1889 on 6/1/98. Where are #'s 0001 thru 1888? Could it be that this was an existing checking account that belonged to someone else before it belonged to MTEI????

An interesting question indeed. But apart from that: MY GOD, is THIS how they kept their books?? Seems all they ever did was come up with payroll, buy office furniture, and go out to lunch.
