I can't answer your questions as to the company and their qualifications, but nonetheless 20 million shares for a start-up is way out of whack. In order for anyone to believe this stock is going to $2.00 has also got to believe that a 40 million dollar market cap is justifiable. I won't be one of them. Perhaps when they are doing 5 million in sales, but not now.
