Chuzzle, while I wouldn't quite say you're a jerk <g>, maybe look at differing quarter lenghts from this perspective: The year always has 365 (366) days, so things should equal out. If they have 3 days less in the 3rd Q, they gain some more days in the 4th Q. If they even manage to beat (reduced) estimates with less days, this may bode well for 4th Q also. But all in all I adhere to the 365-days concept :-)
