I don't care where they end up as long as they show profits.

Roger that mostly. But I want them to wind up somewhere so there are some reporting requirements for them--think they need the discipline!

the only "reverse acquistion" i know of is a reverse triangular merger. If only two companies, it is simply a merger and either company can be designated as the survivor--although the survivor corporation may be dependant upon the type of reorganization chosen under IRC sec. 368(a).
