3dfx's margins went from 50% to about 25%, they made 8.2 million on sales of 33 million and still lost 8.7 million. In order to break even in the 4th quarter they need to sell at least $70 million of chips correct? Am I doing this right or is there another explanation. To me the big drop in margins is more upsetting then the bigger loss.
