Dave what is bothering me is the repetitive nature of your argument's. The majority of us look at IPR'S on Wcdma as Gravey. Of course that does not include Maurice. I beg of you to let the pony die! My ears are bleeding

Dave3 "It was similiar to Maurice's jab that I didn't know anything about IP Law since I didn't know that Jacobs' first name was Irwin (instead of Ira) and that I couldn't spell Motorola correctly." Sorry, it wasn't meant to be a comment on your IP law knowledge, just the specific strength of QUALCOMM's position. To understand QUALCOMM's IP position, you'd have to have reviewed the patents etc and have a fair understanding of the artisans' positions. Irwin is the core of it [and Andrew, Klein etc]. To not know them is impossible if you are familiar with the IP positions.

Really not meant to be offensive - just critical and checking for how right you might be.

Apologies for offense.

[or offence, depending on your inclination]
