AFTER THE BELL - Sun Microsystems rise NEW YORK, Oct 15 (Reuters) - Shares of Sun Microsystems Inc. rose in after hours trading Thursday after the computer company reported higher profits that slightly exceeded Wall Street expectations. Sun shares were trading up 1-3/16 at 50 on the Instinet electronic trading system after the company said its earnings increased to about $0.50 a share before charges compared with $0.41 a year ago. i think u were rather too optimistic.
