I've been thinking, Why did Randy take accept a position at Firamada? Most of us work for a living....Think of one of the crappiest companies you know, and then picture yourself taking a job with them. IMO that had to be what Randy did. If he is truly an honest person, he will resign after the release of 1997's lies, I mean financials. My guess is that Sukey was the honest one and left after he verified that he had been lied to about the company he was working for. If Randy is really following this thread, "Hey Randy, if you want to show me you are the real thing, give us one shred of 1998 sales figures or number of placements in a month, it should take you about 2 minutes to announce the number of shares outstanding and how many Arif owns. You do not do these things and therefore I will not invest one penny in this company. I feel sorry for the people who believe in you."

Lonnie how many attorneys worth their skivies do you know who would take a case to sue a co that has no cash, and in fact likely has a negative net worth??? Good luck with it. Even Jim Sokolov ( "1-800-ambulance-chase") gives a free consultation!

A good friend of mine is in litigation and corporate law; he laughed when I told him the circumstances of FAMH. He said he is far too busy to risk chasing this kind of thing "on behalf of a bunch of small fry investors."
