Why no. Not that what the House and Senate are doing should be confused with jurisprudence.

Normally, judges known to have been guilty of an act worth trying recuse themselves from the trial. I am saying that Clinton has a right to be tried by people who haven't been doing the same thing he has. Otherwise it's the sham that it is.

This is a show trial that would make Joe Stalin proud.
