Simon et al,

I'm going to ask a really stupid question...At the time the analysts came out with there estimates they made no sense to me in the context of what Ballard had said, i.e., several million loss with a net gain after the Sega settlement...not trying to argue what exactly several means, but with at least 3 million...that has to be at least (.18) loss. Yet the quarter estimates were higher than that implying that they either didn't believe there was going to be a loss to that extent or that they included the Sega settlement within the estimate.

I had seen some previous discussion that suggested that analysts wouldn't include the Sega settlement...but I have to ask...do we know that the analyst estimates do not include the Sega settlement? The question is not whether the analysts should or shouldn't but whether anyone actually knows what they did do?

Best Regards,
Jim
