TLAB's earnings are not flat excluding Coherent!
If you are going to calculate TLAB earnings w/o coherent you need to use the correct number of shares.
I think if you do, you will see a rise in earnings and revenue.

This was a good...but not great earnings report.
I am not sure if it will move TLAB higher, but I think it will address the concerns that the street had.
Just my opinion.
