Question is, if they
do, what does a shareholder of NSCP have left?

If you don't know the answer to that question, then you have not done very much research on NSCP.

That's exactly the herd mentality that has been applied to this company. Netscape is a whole lot more than browsers and portals. True, the portal has a lot of potential, but at this point is the smaller part of a very solid software company. I suggest you dig a little deeper in your research. For your comfort though, if it was spun off you would obtain shares in the new precious Internet company.

Cheers -
