Three things ... One, Favors has insufficient technical basis to say that we will proceed to new lows until DOW 7400 is violated definitively. Two, Favors took a calculated risk that 8200 would contain this rally, this still remains to be seen. Three, the magnitude and the longevity of international market reaction cannot be predicted ... hence neither can the snowball effect on our markets. Favors does not address this.
