Congrats to all! And thanks to the Band, Mr. Hart, Mr. Church, and the whole Sungold team! Congrats also to those of us who have hung in there during the slow times, I believe that if the Sungold team was able to bring us this far then they can also complete the journey. Request for relative valuation info. Some of the people I've spoken to recently have expressed an interest in getting a sense of the revenue and income that we might anticipate from the Richmond Downs and Michigan projects. That information is not readily available. The company has projections prepared by consultants, but those reports are an integral part of ongoing negotiations, so they can not be made public. I have not yet heard of an analyst who covers the company. It would be very useful to have knowledge of existing operations similar to those proposed in Richmond Downs and Michigan. With this information we could develop a sense of how the market values those companies, and by inference we might assign a range of valuations for Sungold shares once the projects are developed. I have spoken with L.D. (Les) and Roger Budgell about this project and we have decided to begin assembling the information. The results will be posted on SI. If anyone is interested in assisting with this project, or if anyone is better qualified or has already done the work, please get in touch with one of us. None of us are analysts or experts on gaming and horse-racing; so if you have any ideas or info. that might help, please send it along to Roger, Les or myself.
