Does anybody know how unprecedented this is and what it means besides the banker lurkers. To this business and this market?

I got it figured in my own mind, why and what...how's done....debase the currency. Smooth move....get their capital our of our markets. Discount rate cut historically is awesome....but the market has already seen awesome....aka all time highs, because of outside capital..so to me it's drive the local's currency back home to their market. IT is a tricky move, because it is contrary to discount rate/interest rates cuts in the past. Which normally drives equities higher, so this is to me a debasement effort to drive capital to home shores....ass-backwards to history....interesting though.

Never seen this, wonder if it works?

My copy of the annual report arrived in the mail today. I'm about ready to settle in for a good reading.
