People in this stock could have taken a clue from RSYS. There is a very similar pattern. Strong positions in a growing industry, then one day POW! The selloff in RSYS also began a couple of days before the "official" announcement. The average investor is always the last to know. Every brother, cousin, aunt, and uncle probably knew something was happening. Thus SBSE joins a long list of small stocks that have been crushed in this bear market. It will likely become dead money for at least six months while the market sorts out the winners from the losers. As our President might say,"I feel your pain."(I really do)

I posted this on the InvestRight thread. Lots of good stocks have been beaten down badly in the recent market correction or Bear Market if you will. Due to the additional rate cut yesterday and some good news from SBSE I think the stock may indeed be a good buy.

Subject 22744

Here is one that will move today, SBSE. The stock closed at 9 3/4's yesterday. This morning the company announced that over the next twelve months they may repurchase as much as 500,000 shares. In addition insiders may buy as much as another 100,000 shares. Check out the press release on this stock trading at 1/3 the price earlier this year with a P/E of less than 6:

The company only has 5.65 million shares outstanding!

It might be wise to wait for the stock to settle back after the buying that should take place due to this announcement.

Clay....Looks like a nice move today for SBSE. Congrats to ones smart enough to buy in the 9's and hang on. I was just a little too impatient :-(. I bought way too much and was scared to death, should of held on to half though. OH well there is always another train....
