I certainly hope the price is adjusted. Someone should be willing to pay a lot more for qdek, rather than let it go to Symantec. I guess we'll see. I've got a cost of better than $2.00, so I guess I'll be around for awhile. I guess it's better than bankruptcy and a common that is worthless.

nothing--your stock will be taken from account and you will get credited. Hope that a hostile offer comes in higher! This is an attempt of a group of employees trying to save their jobs and screw the shareholders----<i don't count the insiders > pray for someonelse to start a takeover war---it should be worth it to a strong marketer.
ita a gold mine for Symantec

Monty, here are your options: If you think this is a rip-off price, sit tight. There could be a slim (very slim) chance that somebody else could up the offer. If this happens, you have a chance to make more. Also as long as the deal closes you don't have to worry about getting your money, your broker will take care of that for you. If you sit tight, however, and this deal blows up you could end up with nothing. Therefore you might want to consider selling at .5 or so. FYI once both Boards have approved a deal it is very rare that other purchasers surface. Although it happens once in a while, I can't remember it ever happening with such a financially strapped comp. This price may be .1 to .25 low but it is better than 0. I ain't waiting. Gonna start selling tommorrow.
