The Russell 2000 bounced off of it's lows reached last Thursday and has rallied 35 points since then. Today it rallied a total of ~10 points, added 5 points after the cut was announced. My target for the Russell is a sustained breach above 350, which may be achieved tomorrow. It may even hit 360 if this rally continues but it's looking iffy.
