Financial Times: the London Metal Exchange will propose regulations to prevent hedge funds from "manipulating" the market via short selling.

Doesn't the Bank of England regulate the LME, and hasn't Eddie George had some good things to say about the Euro lately?

P.S. What does this do to Armstrong's argument about all the unreported silver laying around in London?
