First, I cannot advise anyone to buy or sell a stock. I'm not licensed for it.

Next, if you do a little digging I'm sure you'll find out that PR's are probably not as far out as what you believe them to be. Probably lots sooner, lots lots sooner.

Yes your college could/should use the MusicCard to raise/earn money for campus activities.

PS - Point of information: KeyClub is NOT in the CD business. There are exactly the same as TSIG - they are a membership-driven discount-offering group.
