Sun, you thought that there was only a FEW zeros on the CC? NONE of them have a clue. The one I loved was the guy who was all excited about a possible console deal with Sony, which Ballard quickly shot down...Ballard said he was much more excited about set top boxes...THEN NOBODY EVEN ASKS ABOUT THE DAMNED SET TOP BOXES!

BTW...nVidia announced Dell deal, and Voila! Go to Dell site and there they are...so I don't know what Ballard is implying when he says they can announce early (sure they could...but it doesn't appear they did).

WHQL certification anybody???? Even if you don't know what it means or its importance to OEM's, you could have seen nVidia picking on TDFX, suggesting that they are having problems...

nVidia deals not so big?...And Dell doesn't sell many computers...nVidia sure is in a crappy situation...users have to actually select TNT over a standard Riva chip...must be tough....

Well, if TDFX doesn't announce OEMs by Comdex, perhaps they could get around to it at E3...

Several is NOT seven...forget open interpretation...it is 4 or 5...this is not my opinion, it is fact :) (perhaps we should start a new thread "What constitutes Several". Woulda been pretty cool if that thread was hit 6 million!)

My prediction about tomorrow...opens down, and recovers the rest of the day, subject to overall market.
