They are in no danger of being moved to the BB because all they have to do is maintain a price over $1. The potential change would be a move from the National NASDAQ market system to the small cap. I am not sure what the mechanics of such a downgrade are however. Also please dont worry about the name calling and whiningg by the shareholders here. They seem to ignore the real structural issues of the company but like to post cut and pastes of everything remotely connected to batteries and optical storage.
